All Alabama Pasta Company products are crafted in small batches in North Alabama using organic flour and fresh local eggs.

At this time, we ship only within the state of Alabama.
We also offer free local pickup in Cullman, Alabama.

How much pasta comes in a package?
Each package contains 9 oz of pasta and serves approximately 3–4 people, depending on portion size.

What ingredients do you use?
Our pasta is made with:
Organic flours, Fresh local eggs, High quality Himalayan pink salt, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Contains: Wheat and Egg.

Is your pasta gluten free?
No. Our pasta is made with organic wheat flour and is not gluten free.
Because wheat is a primary ingredient, our products are not suitable for individuals with gluten intolerance, wheat allergies, or celiac disease.

Is your pasta produced in an allergen-free facility?
No. Our pasta is made with wheat and eggs and is not produced in an allergen-free facility.
While we follow careful production practices, our products are made in a kitchen where common allergens may be present. Individuals with severe food allergies should use their discretion before consuming.

How should I store my pasta?
Store pasta in a cool, dry place until ready to use. Once opened, keep sealed and use promptly. Best if used within 6 months.
If storage instructions vary by product, please follow the directions on the packaging.

How long does it take to cook?
Our pasta cooks quickly. Add to salted boiling water and cook until al dente. Cooking time may vary slightly by shape.
Tip: Start checking a little earlier than you would with mass-produced pasta.

Can I use your pasta in non-Italian dishes?
Absolutely. While perfect for classic Italian recipes, our small-batch pasta also works beautifully in Asian-inspired noodle dishes, brothy soups, stir-fries, and more.

Do you accept returns?
Because our products are food items, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.
