Shipping Availability
Alabama Pasta Company currently ships only within the state of Alabama.
Orders placed with shipping addresses outside of Alabama will be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
We also offer free local pickup in Cullman, Alabama. Pickup details will be provided after checkout.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted (such as during product drops or high-volume periods).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates
We offer $5 flat-rate shipping within Alabama.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS or other reputable delivery services.
Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, Alabama Pasta Company is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered:
• We are not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address.
• Additional shipping charges may apply to reship returned packages.
• Orders returned due to incorrect information may be refunded minus shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at AlabamaPastaCompany@gmail.com and include photos of the damage.
We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund at our discretion.
For lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Our pasta is a food product. Customers are responsible for promptly bringing packages indoors and storing products according to instructions upon delivery.
Alabama Pasta Company is not responsible for quality issues resulting from delayed retrieval after confirmed delivery.
