Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all pasta sales are final.
Because our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or picked up.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at AlabamaPastaCompany@gmail.com.To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Issues
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Alabama Pasta Company is not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Packages delayed due to weather
• Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout
If an order is returned due to incorrect shipping information, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
